If you worry about your joint mobility and don't feel as flexible as you used to, or perhaps you need to lose a few pounds, get in touch with me and you can join one of my local walks (it's a great way to meet new people and we have really good time), or treat yourself to a series of Personal Training sessions - see the Personal Training section of this website.
Don't think of exercise as just being a means-to-an-end. I want you to enjoy the journey to a new fitter and happier you!.
