Why I Created Gym In Motion
My name is Ronald Gladwell, premier personal trainer, author of Food & Exercise 4 Living: Your Complete Guide To An Energised Lifestyle and proud owner of Gym In Motion, based in Suffolk.

I understand that getting to the gym and staying motivated to exercise can be difficult not to mention the driving to the gym after a long day at work. Believe me, I've been there too. Even as a fitness professional, I have days where it is hard to find the motivation to get in a good workout.

My experience from being a personal trainer in gyms has proven to me that sometimes even having a personal trainer does not provide people with the motivation they need to stick to their exercise programmes.

I've had clients not show up for scheduled sessions or call up and cancel, and for what reason you ask?

"I don't feel like working out." "I'm too tired today."

I've heard all the excuses. Keep in mind that these people were still charged for not showing up or cancelling without 24 hour notice.

That's why I decided to create Gym In Motion. The mobile gym that eliminates all the excuses why people don't work out - not enough time, commute to the gym, lack of motivation or knowledge, fear of working out in front of others, waiting in line for machines and battling crowds at the gym or just pure laziness.

  Gym In Motion provides fuel in the form of motivation and success in the form of accountability!

Founded in 2010, Gym In Motion offers high quality wellness services delivered with integrity and knowledge.  We understand that your time is precious and are proud to offer a unique and progressive way to improve your health.  Our highly customised personal training, group training, boxercise and nutrition programs are created with one thing in mind – You.  Your schedule, your space, your goals.  We are ready when you are, be it first thing in the morning or later in the evening, at your home, office, or other location of your choice.  Train by yourself, with a friend, or in a small group.
