Multiscreening

Multiscreening is when the class in question is shared by a number of other participants. In addition this allows for the participants to interact with each other as well as the trainer presenting the class.

Examples of multiscreening:

  • In a carehome environment, the class may be shared by a number of different carehomes belonging to the same group.
  • Siblings remote from each other sharing the same class and experience of group participation.
  • Persons who are feeling lonely may be paired with others in order to experience the social aspect of class fitness.
  • It's been used in cases where a participant is bedridden and is able to join classes with fellow participants while not being in the same room.
