Wellbeing Assessment

The reason for undertaking such a check is to determine an initial bench mark in order to measure your progress against. It also gives your personal trainer an insight into your level of fitness which is then utilised to devise a bespoke fitness programme to cater for your specific goals. Your progress is reassessed on a regular basis and if need be your programme is adjusted accordingly.
